Red, a colour of joy, is the dominant note for this still life of tulips. The flowers match the checkered table cloth and the painting leaning against the wall. This painting is full of sunshine.

On the left bottom corner there is a blue-inked signature.
The painting is in excellent condition. The frame is slightly damaged where the gold liner is separating from the linen liner and the painting is not firmly fixed in the frame.
