Apparently we are looking at a Paul Klee image of a tree in a field, but on closer look, can you find the pig?
Diana Durrand made a series of paintings with variations of famous artists' works, which hid in the imagery, the figure of a pig taken from a butcher's chart.
Condition
Excellent. The painting is on wrap-around canvas and the edges are painted as a continuity of the surface painting.
Signature/Inscriptions
On verso, on canvas edging, "DIANA DURRAND" Inscription, "WHERE ARE THE PIGS? A VISIT WITH PAUL KLEE
